Daryl Hill is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Principal Designer (Incorporated Member of Association of Project Safety), Project Manager and Party Wall Surveyor.

Phil Crossley is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, MAPM Project Manager (MSc in Sustainable Project Management), Chartered Environmentalist, BREEAM Accredited Professional and qualified BREEAM Assessor (licence lapsed).

As such we are able to offer bespoke combinations and levels of service including Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Planning, Design, Project Management, Sustainable Construction, Health and Safety and Party Wall Services tailored specifically to suit your project requirements.

In addition, we have established associations with a number of other local independent Consultants and Contractors allowing us to provide:

• Integrated Asbestos Surveys within our dilapidation and maintenance surveys.
• Integrated Mechanical and Electrical surveys within our dilapidation and maintenance surveys.
• Integrated Funding Advice and services including full funding application management, compliant procurement, compliant cost plans, cross-cutting theme plans, business case and organisational development and governance.
• Integrated delivery proposal(s) from a small local contractor(s) with our costed (by CHCS) dilapidation survey which can then be managed and delivered by Crossley Hill Chartered Surveyors.
